William Migler joined the firm as an attorney in 2018 after clerking for the firm since Fall 2016. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and civil litigation.
Mr. Migler graduated magna cum laude from Chapman University School of Law in 2017. He was a Senior Articles Editor on the Chapman Law Review and his student note, “An Accused Student’s Right to Cross-Examination in a University Disciplinary Proceeding” is published at 20 Chap. L. Rev. 357 (2017).
While in law school, Mr. Migler clerked for the Honorable William W. Bedsworth of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three. He also externed in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Santa Ana, California.
Mr. Migler is admitted to practice in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
